TRADE ORDERS

ORDERS

Minimum order value is £100 (ex VAT).
Samples may be purchased at wholesale price plus carriage.

PAYMENT

Terms are pro forma (unless otherwise agreed) and invoices can be paid by BACS, bank transfer or PayPal.
When paying via bank transfer we expect to receive the full invoice total. Bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer and goods will not be released until the full invoice total has been received.

DELIVERY

UK Mainland – a carriage charge of £10 applies to orders under £500 (ex VAT), carriage is free on orders above £500 (ex VAT).
UK Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland – carriage will be confirmed before invoicing. International – We will quote the most competitive price from our couriers based on order size.

Any goods damaged in transit or discrepancies in an order must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.
We request that customers check the condition of parcels received and if outer packaging is damaged or if there are any items or boxes missing to note this on the paperwork when signing for the goods with the courier. AMOLOULOU is only able to make a claim for goods missing or damaged in transit if this is stated clearly in writing on the delivery note of the courier company. Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your delivery as we cannot be held liable for goods missing or damaged in transit if you fail to follow these procedures.

RETURNS

Notification of faulty goods must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the seller and the purchaser. Returns must be accompanied with the purchaser’s name and address and invoice details. Carriage expenses and risk are the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

PRICES

It is not permitted for wholesalers to set RRPs (Recommended Retail Prices), however as a guideline SRPs (Suggested Retail Prices) range from 2 to 2.5 mark up.
AMOLOULOU retain the right to increase prices due to inflation in material and production costs but these will be kept to a minimum and advance notice will be given.

EXCLUSIVITY

In order for our regular stockists to maintain a level of exclusivity within their

geographical area, we work on a case by case basis to ensure there are no conflicts of

interest with new AMOLOULOU stockists. We reserve the right to supply multiple new

stockists that are a reasonable distance apart from each other.

ONLINE SELLING
If you wish to sell AMOLOULOU products online we can supply professional high resolution product and lifestyle images if required.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND POP UP SHOPS
If you wish to sell AMOLOULOU products at a pop up shop, fair, or special event we ask that you notify us first so that we can ensure there are no conflicts between other stockists based in the same geographical area.

1.1 Terms and conditions

In this document:

  • “conditions” means these terms and conditions of sale;
  • “contract” means the contract for the sale by Amoloulou (us) and purchase by you of our Goods and/or Services;
  • “goods” means made to measure curtains, blinds, cushions and/or soft furnishings or any other goods supplied by us following your order.
  • “order” means an order made by you for the supply of goods by us;
  • “price” means the price of goods and services ;
  • “us” means Amoloulou Ltd whose company registration is 8491504
  • “you and your” means the person who buys or agrees to buy Goods and/or services from us.

1.2 Orders

Orders are accepted on receipt of 50% of the order value and confirmation from you that all details itemised on our written quotation and fabric stated are correct. 1.3 Samples

We can provide cuttings of your chosen fabric with confirmation of your order specification. Approval of the fabric is made by you before we accept the order.

1.4 Measuring

1.4.1 Measurements are required to provide a written quote of Goods to be provided by Amoloulou Ltd. These should be provided by you.  Should the measurements provided by you be incorrect, we reserve the right to amend the quote accordingly. if you are unsure of how to measure correctly you can contact us for guidance.

1.4.2 If you use our bespoke service, where we measure for you, we charge a non-refundable consultation fee of £30 per hour. A written quote of Goods will be provided by Amoloulou Ltd.  This consultation fee will be deducted from your final invoice should you choose to proceed with the order of the Goods. Should you choose not to place an order the consultation fee will be payable.

1.5 Delivery

Your order will take between 3-6weeks to make from the date of order confirmation or from the date of receipt of fabric which ever is the latest, unless a specific date has been arranged or otherwise advised. If your chosen fabric is out of stock, delays may occur and we will notify you of these as soon as we can. Occasionally, and without notice manufacturers may discontinue a fabric; we will notify you immediately we are aware this is the case.

1.5.1

When your order is ready for delivery we will call you for a final payment, including delivery cost: at this point we check delivery address details and decide on the best day for delivery.

1.6 Quotations, pricing, cancelling, errors, refunds and payment

We give a firm quotation which is valid for 30 days. Occasionally, and without notice manufacturers may discontinue a fabric; we will notify you immediately we are aware this is the case.

1.6.1 Pricing

We will confirm the price of goods ordered, including delivery when you place your order.

1.6.2 Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice.

1.6.3  Payment

We require a 50% deposit payment when you place an order with the balance due prior to despatch.

1.6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Because all our products are made to measure to your specific measurements and requirements, they cannot be resold and are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. It is vital, therefore, that you check order details before confirming your order with us. If you wish to cancel the only opportunity for this is between placing your order (this is when we take a deposit) and you confirming the order details with us, which we ask you to do by telephone or e-mail.  Once order details are confirmed the order cannot be cancelled.

1.6.5 Errors

If an incorrect quotation, listing  or  order confirmation is given at an incorrect price due to a technical, administrative or other reason, we reserve the right to refuse the order whether or not the order has been charged to your credit or debit card, funds received by electronic transfer, cheque or cash. In this instance we will refund the charge in the same manner.

2.0 Jurisdiction

This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

All rights, including copyright, for this website are owned by or licensed to Amoloulou.com

Any use of this website, its images or content, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Amoloulou.com.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

2.2 Data Protection

When you make an order with us we will record personal information including name, billing and delivery addresses, contact information. We use at the time of payment, but do not store credit card information.

We will pass on personal information to a third party only for the fulfillment of the order ie. to our courier to effect delivery and contact if necessary. We will not pass on details to other third parties including for marketing use. We may contact you with our own marketing information and will include an opportunity to opt-out of this every time we contact you.

2.3 Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000

The Distance Selling Regulations, which allow a seven day “cooling off” period after ordering and a right to cancel an order within this period, do not apply to “personalized goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” thereby excluding all Amoloulou’s made to measure products.
